To get hardhat you need to check it out of CVS.  Follow the  
instructions on this page for checking out the "chandler-app" module:

You should then be able to "cd osaf/chandler/Chandler;  
../../hardhat/hardhat.py -di" to get an interactive shell (you must  
have a copy of python already on your system to run hardhat).  Hardhat  
will then execute "our" python with all the right environment variables  
set.
