[Dev] Item Clouds and Endpoints

Hi Folks,

I've been thinking a lot about Item Clouds, after having a long 
conversation with Andi about them a week or two ago.

I think to make Item Clouds work, Chandler needs something like what I 
call Endpoints (I'm looking for a better name than that).  The idea of 
Endpoints would be to clearly define the most commonly used Kinds so 
that Item Clouds could have some fixed points of reference.

I've tried to articulate this concept at
