[Dev] INCLUDEing a wiki page with EDITTABLE breaks wiki

Everybody --

It appears that doing a %INCLUDE% of a page that has an %EDITTABLE% 
causes a completely non-intuitive problem: you can't save the page that 
has the %INCLUDE%.  (This is now Bug#1411.)

There is a workaround: see

Edit tables are really cool, but you might want to exercise a bit of 
restraint in using them for the time being if there is any chance that 
someone else might want to include that table somewhere else.  :-(
