[Dev] wxPython 2.5.1(.5) migration

Announcement:

Yesterday evening, I checked in the source we received from Robin 
earlier in the week, in preparation for the move to replace wxWindows 
with wxWidgets. John has been working on the make procedures for 
Windows, and I have completed the make procedures for OS X and Linux. 
Next week we will be ready to complete the process with Jed's work on 
the Chandler changes to be integrated, then we can move forward.

This checkin does not impact the normal build process or tinderbuilds. 
The checkin was done above the osaf tree, but will be moved into the 
tree once the integration is completed.
