[Dev] OS X tinderbuilds offline...

Folks,

There is something strange on kilauea, our OS X tinderbuilds machine. 
It is failing the build in an unexpected manner, and I plan on 
reinstalling to a clean environment. I will remove it from the 
Tinderbox status page until it is back online.
