[Dev] CVS repository surgery pass 2 complete

CVS surgery is complete. The patient is in recovery and is ready to be used
again. Before running an update it is recommended to manually remove the
osaf/chandler/Chandler/repository directory from your checked out source
trees.

Pass 2 is starting now. The osaf/chandler/Chandler/model directory is copied
over to the osaf/chandler/Chandler/repository directory and removed.
Please remove the osaf/chandler/Chandler/repository directory from your
checked out source trees to avoid conflicts. The model directory should go
away by itself.

Do not use CVS until the next announcement.

The osaf/chandler/Chandler/model directory is being restored to its October
20th state. Please remove it from your checked out source tree so as to not
have CVS complain about newer version conflicts.
This should not affect the operation and builds of Chandler in any way as it
is still using the new osaf/chandler/Chandler/repository directory.
