[Design] OSAF Transitions

Davor,

We are not yet sure about the plans for 0.7.5. We are moving forward  
with 0.7.4, due out next week. Following that, the smaller team will  
be working closely on both short term and long term planning. We will  
be of course communicating the results of this to the design list.

Thanks for your continued support and enthusiasm! We look forward to  
your participating in the next phase.
