[Design] Finding Documentation

Sounds like we should have what Travis is looking for link off of the  
'Get Started' page. Which might mean separating the Get Started page  
into 2 halves:

1. End-users coming to use the Desktop and/or Service
2. End-users coming to run their own Server.
