I've logged a separate bug to track this: https://

On Mac, I've seen it under the Application menu. Under 'About  
Chandler' makes most sense I think. We can put it under Help for  
Windows and Linux at the top.

To clarify, the [Check] button I have there only takes you to the  
Download Chandler Desktop wiki page: http://chandlerproject.org/ 
Projects/DownloadChandlerDesktop
