[Design] Conslidate File Menu

Heikki, I like the idea of more consolidation, but I remember that we  
specifically wanted to differentiate between regular ole file Import  
with Reloading .chex files.

Aparna, to your point, we could rename the 'File location:' field,  
'iCal/.ics file:'

Import Tasks and Events

iCal / .ics file: [                                       ] [Browse]

Import:
[ x ] Reminders
[ x ] E vent Status

Import events into: [ New collection | v ]

[   ] Keep out of Dashboard
