[Design] Re: [Cosmo] Add/Remove Collections buttons

I guess it depends how fast we want this feature. From IRC today it  
seems like collection creation is a pretty hot item for quite a few  
folks. I'm not proposing we skip deletion for long, but my quote of an  
hour was for adding only ;-)
