Yes, so I was asking why wouldn't the server itself be the thing to
triage untriaged items? That way it's solved for all clients, and
Chandler doesn't have to put in this kludge. From Mimi's description
of the problem, the goal was to have items put into the three triage
buckets to be "smart about parcelling out items to the web client
without clogging up traffic". So I asked what about the case where a
large number of items are all in the DONE bucket? Doesn't that have
a similar traffic problem?
