[Design] triage list view - sorting

I find the current sort order of items in the Triage list
incomprehensible and not particularly useful. Especially trying to
find Later and Done items in a long section is problematic.

It would be so nice when I've Triaged my list to have the sections
sort in chronological order (and maybe even have the sections persist
but allow me to toggle the ascending/descending direction)
