[Design] [Cosmo][Dogfood] Using the Account Browser to restore a lost Chandler repo

Sorry I realized I was mixing terms in my e-mail. There will be some  
getting used to on my part, please note when I say: Cosmo/Cosmo UI =  
Chandler Hub.
