[Design] The importance of Importance?

I noticed that Chandler supports an 'importance' attribute on  
ContentItem; it takes on the values "important", "normal" and "fyi".  
This attribute isn't actually set anywhere other than in test code,  
and it's not displayed in the UI.

Are there future plans to use this attribute (for example, in email,  
where there is a "Priority" header used by some clients), or shall I  
excise it from Chandler?
