[Design] Changing collections when Replying and Forwarding

Ah, interesting distinction.

Yes, it is possible for an item to exist in the Dashboard and no  
where else. The Dashboard is most like the Library collection in  
iTunes or iPhoto.

However, for now, we are providing the ability to exclude collections  
of items from the Dashboard...which is what we've been calling Not- 
Mine versus Mine collections.
