The top should probably say something like "There are 5 pending changes 
from your collaborators that could not be applied because they would 
overwrite local changes".  Maybe not that phrasing, but something to 
indicate that the reason Chandler didn't just do these changes is that 
you're going to possibly lose something by applying them.
