how about a separate page with instructions for the server
administrator for setting up cosmo for the first time?

this could include 1) builtin admin username and password, 2)
instructions to change the builtin admin password immediately, 3) tips
on how to replace the builtin welcome page with one of their own (and
rm the first time admin setup page, which is often used by web-based
first-time setup processes).

we could even do a little first-time setup process that forces the
admin to choose a new password and perhaps change the default email
address. this would be easy and add a touch of professionalism;
perhaps for preview?
