This depends on which user you're talking about. The end-user Casual  
Collaborator? or the Filesharer?

Are you talking about the SNARF / standalone web calendar client  
user? e.g. The professor who is sharing his class calendar with his  
own instance of Cosmo and Cosmo UI and needs to issue and revoke  
tickets?

I think this is someone we hadn't talked about until the spec review  
last week.

If this user is primarily interested in using Cosmo as a personal web  
calendar sharing tool, would they need to have an option to log  
directly into their account browser? Or is it enough to just provide  
a link to access the account browser from the end-user PIM UI?

It seems like if issuing and revoking tickets is the functionality in  
question, it's not an oft-repeated user task and wouldn't merit  
adding an option to always log in to the account browser.
