[Design] Who's Triage Status is it anyway?

I am not entirely sure if I understood what you're asking, but my  
understanding is that clicking on "Triage" always resorts so that  
color matches section. This includes the new scenarios, i.e. when  
items have appeared in now because of errors/updates. Do you see a  
reason for there to be exceptions?
