[Design] [Cosmo] Update on the 0.6 spec round two

I made further updates to the 0.6 spec. Most of the changes were  
discussed in last weeks meeting from the spec review, so there should  
not be any new surprises. LMK if you have any questions. -Priscilla

*0.6 Spec changes:*

*General UI workflow*
+ Help link visible on ticket view
+ Added Sign up/Log in workflow

*Notification*
+ Added recurrence information in the notification 'e-mail' and  
created e-mail example.

*Settings*
+ Updated mock up and added 'About Cosmo' at the bottom of the  
Settings dialog.
+ Advanced settings dialog options, change back to Advanced settings  
section in the Settings dialog. (The term: 'Home collection' is still  
being discussed on the design list)

*Collection Details* - Ticket View: How to subscribe with another  
application from Cosmo
+ Added mock up for the 'Collection details' dialog - Logged In view

*Admin*
+ Rename the term 'Home collection' to 'Account Browser', in  
documentation and in the mock ups.

*Deferred*
+ Change the section name from Open Issue

+ Added the following items in deferred:
    - Differentiate between 'Edit' to an existing item and a 'Newly'  
created item in the 'mailto' workflow? Is it displayed on the e-mail?
    - Does 'Sign-up for an account' from the header area of a Ticket  
View automatically subscribe the user to that collection? (Will wait  
for Dogfood feedback)
    - Should the time zone checkbox in 'Settings dialog' mirror the  
'Detail View'?
    - Should we keep the up sell link 'Don't have an account? Sign up  
for a Cosmo account!' after selecting 'Sign up' on the header.
    - User experience with the security model and how they will  
verify the e-mail after signing up for an account. (Will wait for  
Dogfood feedback)
    - Need to add a note at the bottom in the log into - sign up  
workflow.
    - 'about' link not on the app, but will be located in the  
Settings dialog. - This is a flagged issue to find a better place to  
put the 'about link'.
    - When adding a collection to the first time Cosmo user, the  
collection subscribed should be the default. In addition to the  
subscribed collection should there be an 'out of the box' collection?
    - Only when you are selecting Chandler download when you select  
Chandler in the pull down.
