i think this is true for people who want to use cosmo standalone, but
i don't think it's at all true for casual collaborators or for
chandler users who just want web access to their shared collections.
i don't think you need a pre-created calendar to upsell cc's. i think
it makes more sense to tell the cc "see this calendar somebody shared
with you? here's how you can have one of your own"
