i think it makes sense for the user to be able to easily cause a
calendar to be created, but i think the magic calendar that appeared
out of nowhere is mysterious. as a user, i'd much rather see a page
listing all my options, like i did in my previous message, that
recommends to me i create a calendar and tells me what that means.
