[Design] CALDAV Preview Tenet

Since this has come up lately, we thought it was worth officially  
clarifying our support for CALDAV in the Preview timeframe.

In the Preview timeframe, we intend for both the Chandler Desktop and  
the Cosmo Server to interop with other clients and servers using  
CALDAV. Specifically, we will prioritize bug fixing and work to focus  
on interop scenarios between the Chandler Client and the Apple CALDAV  
server as well as the Apple Client and our Cosmo server. One  
exception to this is in the area of scheduling, which we will not  
support in the Chandler Client until post-Preview. It's important to  
note that we are already a working CALDAV client and server and we  
have been testing with the Apple client and server. One of the goals  
of this tenet is to not regress as we add new functionality.

We understand there are other experimental CALDAV clients and servers  
out there. There are also current CALDAV drafts that we need to keep  
current with. We will continue to attend CalConnect interop events,  
test and log bugs accordingly. It is not realistic however, that we  
have "every" problem fixed in the Preview timeframe which is why we  
have made a strategic decision to prioritize interop between the  
Apple client and server specifically.
