true its more work than I had really anticipated - but I hope to
contribute as much as possible to see it working sometime soon in
Cosmo.

Groups is complete with unit tests, functional tests (old functional
tests) and I am working on completing the UI now (which is working to
some extent, but will need some more feedbacks and a bit more work).

ACL requires some more work, but I would do my best to see it working,
since I have the whole of the backend layer complete and its just a
few days work to complete atleast the dav layer.
