[Design] Chandler alpha 4 delete behavior

Hi Mimi

I figured this was probably a result of deleting a collection not  
being the most common workflow.

A menu item in the collection menu would definitely have helped, I  
forgot that I had actually checked there as well before going to IRC.  
I think that the truth of the matter is that the current "keyboard  
shortcut delete" behavior is desirable, for the reasons you mention,  
and this won't be nearly as confusing once context menus/ drag and  
drop are implemented.
