[Design] User Interface for Group management in Cosmo

[Mimi Yin]

Vinu, what will these groups be used for? Categorization and  
Organization? Addressing emails? Assigning privileges? Managing  
accounts? Are the groups potentially dynamic? (e.g. Everyone  
@hotmail.com)
