[Design] Hyperlinks in UI

Oops Heikki, your message to the list got misfiled.

I agree that we need to make this work for non-mouse usage as well.  
However, can we put this to post-Preview? The dialogs we have for  
Preview are 'temporary' and we just want to keep them as clean as  
possible until we can expend more energy on making the whole account- 
filling-out experience more usable.

I  amended this bug: https://bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi? 
id=8021 'Can't tab to hyperlinks in Accounts dialog' to say that we  
need to have a solution that allows non-mouse users to see the URLs  
we're taking them to.

In the meantime is there any objection to having tooltips for mouse  
users?
