[Design] [Update][Sum] Weird triage and sharing bugs to focus on

As you know, Aparna, Morgen, bkirsch, Jeffrey, Grant, Bryan Stearns  
and I have been working on tracking down the hairball of issues  
causing false-positives to pop-to-now in the Triage Table. I thought  
it might be helpful to try and summarize the progress we've made and  
what issues we still need to nail down.

Some issues have been 'figured' out:
+ Ignore changes to email 'from' attribute
+ Ignoring changes to iCalUID
+ Server-side issue that was changing event start-times: https:// 
bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=10948#c11
+ Changing the behavior when a global edit is made to a recurring  
series (only pop the next occurrence into NOW, not every since  
instance.)

Morgen, what else am I missing?

However, there are still a number of issues to be tracked down:
+ Items I email to myself pop-to-now when Chandler downloads them again.
+ Items I email are popped-to-now by the mail layer: https:// 
bugzilla.osafoundation.org/show_bug.cgi?id=11475#c32

+ False-positive conflicts

+ Item 'I' edited pops back into NOW. This seems to happen mostly  
with recurring events (regardless of whether they're addressed or not).

+ Byline and Who column mismatch
+ Different Addressing attributes and Who column values for members  
of the same recurring series (isn't supposed to be possible)

Am I missing anything? Aparna?
