[Design] [Cosmo][Desktop] Addenda to Preview Recurrence Spec

After reviewing the recurrence spec with Priscilla, we uncovered a
couple of scenarios that were missing from the spec, namely:
+ Stamping and Unstamping recurring events to Add/Remove them from
the Task list and Calendar
Task-ness
* Users should be able to stamp/unstamp recurring events to Add/
Remove [All events], [Future events] or [Just this event] from the
