[Design] Subscribe dialog wording

Hi Philippe,

The Keep out of Dashboard design is a bit in flux right now. Could we  
hold off on discussing this for a little while? I agree that it's  
confusing. I think the whole concept of Adding and Excluding from the  
Dashboard will be confusing to most people who are not familiar with  
our design motives...and it's not clear to me that anybody is  
actually using the Dashboard as their 'sit-in' location.

Actually, do you do that? How do you use the Dashboard collection?
