I think we also talked about giving the user the option to subscribe  
from the Email Confirmation page. Either would be an improvement on  
today. (Although, so long as we pop things up in dialogs and separate  
tabs/windows, the user shouldn't lose their original Ticket View  
unless they close it themselves.)
