[Design] [cosmo] Target user descriptions

Opps grammar flaw. Let me rephrase.

In addition, I've taken a stab at writing up some of the target user  
descriptions for post Preview. The purpose of this list is to  
identify additional types of users. We were not able to address their  
needs for Preview.

Does that make sense?
