[Design] Jump to vs. Go to

+1 for changing Ctrl+Shift+T, it's the key combo for Get Mail in 
Thunderbird. Habits die hard.

Also, for that matter, F5 is most frequently associated in my experience 
with Refresh, not New Item as in Chandler. I have had to resist my 
impulse to press F5 for Triage.
