[Design] [Cosmo] wiki pages update

Based on some feedback last week, I'm currently updating the Cosmo  
wiki pages to clarify features for Cosmo 0.5 and to reflect the  
changes from the Scooby/Cosmo merge.

The pages being updated are the following:
