I think everybody agrees on this one. More detailed tracking changes
and versioning will be post Preview.

Yes, I think this is what Priscilla is referring to. I think she
means that when you edit and update anything in the notes field, it
looks the same as when you reply. We would add the ">" and tag the
change with the time/author etc.
+ In Alpha5 we are planning to have a field in the detail view below
the to/from fields of the format....

+ We will also have email reply working for Alpha4 were we are going
to have the basic ">".
I suggest we wait and see what all that looks like first before we
make any decisions on this. As Philippe pointed out, there are a
bunch of weird issues we would have to work through and I would like
to keep things as simple as possible. Also, I am looking to remote
stuff for Preview now rather than adding in new features and I don't
think this is a must have.
