[Design] Dashboard confusing, don't know how to get calendar view

I think the hard part is figuring out where we would put this view  
selector...making it look nice and integrated with the chrome,  
withough getting the 'too many toolbars' feeling.

Adding a view selector also wouldn't necessarily change the design in  
the sidebar. It would simply improve it :o)
