Hi Philippe,

I'm always lobbied for turning on timezones by default, but I can at
least attempt to reflect the opposing position on this one.

I believe there's a bug filed that UTC should be treated differently
from other timezones in no-timezones mode, so in the use case you
described, the event _would_ show up in local time.

For other timezones, the idea is that they'll mostly be in the normal
9-5 range, so you'll see them.
