[Design] Dashboard confusing, don't know how to get calendar view

Hi Heikki:
The latest design spec says that Calendar View is only shown for user
collections.
Personally, my preference would be to be able to see any collection (or
combination of collections) through any view, i.e. let the user choose
the view.
