[Design] Renaming or eliminating the 'triage' button

Hi Dan,
I agree the Triage button is not very clear.
Is your suggestion to just have the user click on the Triage status
column header again to file/sort items? That seems like a reasonable
alternative, but I wonder how many people know to click on the column
header to sort. Wouldn't it just flip the sort order from ascending
to descending and vice versa?
