[Design] Renaming or eliminating the 'triage' button

I find the current name of the 'triage' button confusing, I didn't know 
what it did until I talked to Grant and Priscilla about it.  I was 
thinking 'sort triage' or re-sort would be more appropriate. 

Once I realized that all it was doing was sorting on triage status I 
wondered if we need a button at all.  The idiom of clicking on column 
headers to cause sorts is widely used and understood, maybe it would be 
better to not have  this button at all and just expect people to click 
on the column header when they want to re-sort on triage status.  To me 
this seems less confusing than having a special button to sort one 
column, while the other columns are sorted by clicking their headers.
