Summary of Changes

+ Screen 3 'Preview' of Calendar in Cosmo, to work an additional  
screen when it is logged in.
+ When the user first clicks on the URL, to show a default Calendar  
page with a blank event details
+ Screen 3b, to rework the subscribe dialog, yes, no. Remove cancel
+ Screen 4 subscribe, may not need additional page for subscription  
but have the option to subscribe in the application, other feeds and  
ical links directly from the calendar view
+ How to display 'temporary' collection; a collection which is not  
subscribed, but if the user has logged on to a Cosmo account and is  
viewing a collection from a clicked URL, but not subscribed to it.
+ Need to be able to unsubscribe
+ Renaming the collection
+ Delete the collection
