[Design] [Cosmo] Cancelled Design Session Today

Since the team is trying to finish up work on Cosmo 0.5, we're going  
to postpone the design session today.

Based on the progress made by Friday we'll send out another notice if  
we'll have a design session next Tuesday to follow up on the Unified  
(Magic) URL.
