[Design] Replying and Forwarded stamped items.

Actually...bkirsch and grant,

Could the Forward be received by Chandler recipients as a Message and  
the .ICS attachment rendered as an event that is a separate item from  
the Forward message item, but with the same UUID as the original  
forwarded even item?
