[Design] Stamping and Date/Time Parsing

Hi,

I have already implemented this. It is working fine. The problem that I 
am encountering is that since the parsedatetime code does not do 
semantic parsing, any date/time , even if it is not a event is being 
parsed. For eg: " This may be correct" will set the time of the event to 
"May 1st". Also, the dates included in the replies or forwards are 
parsed and the event is set to the last date/time in the text
