I am a bit behind on the design summaries so here is the first of  
several you should see this week.

New Threads:

Priscilla sent out notes following our weekly design meeting. The  
Cosmo team reviewed the workflows and mockups for handling the  
clickable sharing URLs.

Dan posted to the list pointing out that in Chandler, there is no way  
to easily navigate the collections in the sidebar from the keyboard.  
If the user attempts to use the up/down arrow keys, focus keeps  
jumping away from the sidebar to the table view when you move to  
another collection. Mimi has noticed that too and indicated that  
there are a few things we want to fix.

Mimi sent out a lengthy on her experiences after trying out the  
dashboard. She detailed what types of collections she was using and  
her dashboard workflows. Some of her highlights...
	+ Automatic triage back to NOW based on alarm and calendar dates is  
neat
	+ Easily create events from the dashboard without having to switch  
to calendar view.
	+ Auto-filing when you change the triage status makes it difficult  
to change anything to LATER - it moves into DONE and is hard to find.  
Both Davor and Priscilla also ran into this issue.
	+ The "Keep out of dashboard" option is a bit confusing to sharees  
and they run into it as soon as they subscribe. We can live with this  
for Preview.
	+ Subscribe as free-busy option is also confusing. We are  
considering just removing this to simplify the workflow for Preview.

Mimi sent out the notes for our latest meeting on dashboard-sharing- 
communition issues. There were a number of design list conversation  
and side discussions about how to address issues such as sharing  
triage status. We managed to put together a proposal.

Mimi sent out a link to a demo of Scrybe an online calendaring and  
task management product. Mimi commented that from the demo, she felt  
they had given a lot of thought to user workflows. Specifically they  
showed support for what information people need to know in order to  
make the decisions they need to make and the order they need to make  
them in.
