Priscilla, correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the thinking behind
providing access to the home directory UI through settings is that an
advanced and technical Casual Collaborator would be comfortable
manipulating the contents of their account (e.g. adding and revoking
tickets, adding and removing collections) through the home directory
browser UI.

bcm, what is your particular objection to providing access to the
admin/home dir from the login page? It seems like if we can agree
that there will be minimal overlap between home dir users and Casual
Collaborators, providing access to the home dir from the login page
would streamline the workflow for the home dir users and de-clutter
the calendar/dashboard UI for the Casual Collaborators.

I think we can all agree on this.
