I have added an 'Alternate' to the 'Alternate' proposal for how to
provide access to the home directory browsing UI:

For mock-up, see:
http://wiki.osafoundation.org/bin/view/Journal/
WorkflowsZeroDotSix#AlternateAlternate

Just to recap:
Proposal #1: Provide access to home directory browser from the
Settings panel. (I believe this proposal is in addition to the
proposals below, as in, it's not mutually exclusive with the options
below.

Proposal #2: Dubbed, the 'Alternate proposal' is to place checkboxes
underneath the login area to Login to 3 different UIs: Casual
Collaborator UI, Admin UI, Home directory browsing UI.

Proposal #3: Alternate to the 'Alternate proposal': Add links off to
the side (upper right hand corner) to login as an admin or login to
browse your home directory.

Again, neither Proposal 2 or 3 precludes providing access for
traversing the different UIs after logging in. They simply allow
users to access the admin and home directory browsing UIs without
having to first go through the end-user UI.
