[Design] [Cosmo] Strawperson proposal for simplified Dashboard in Cosmo for Preview

Ted ask me to send this to the design list, just as an FYI. This list  
is very much a work in progress. I'm also assuming that some of this  
probably won't make much sense to people until we review the  
Dashboard spec in detail with the Cosmo team next week.

    * Distinction between items that have been 'Edited / Updated /  
Sent / Received' in the Communications status column
    * Single 'smart' Who column is replaced by 2 'dumb' From: and To:  
columns
    * Ability to see 'Created by / Edited by / Updated by' in the Who  
column
    * Reminder / Calendar column
    * Complex 'important date' calculations for Date column
    * No in-line editing, stamping, or triaging in the table

    * Stamp, make edits and triage from the Detail view
    * Display alarms in the Detail view
    * Assign custom date ticklers from the Detail view

---+++Open Issues
    * Complex sort order for Triage status column is calculated in  
Cosmo? This includes:
       * How items are ordered within each triage section
       * Rules for auto-triaging newly created events
       * Rules for auto-triaging Updates
       * Rules for auto-triaging based on custom tickler dates and/or  
start date/times

    * Recurrence: We probably have to mirror recurrence behavior in  
Chandler, or it will be really confusing for sharees. It's TBD until  
we've ironed out a proposal with Bryan and co.
