[Design] Potential hitch with event lozenge visual syntax

In trying to explain the visual syntax for the event lozenges to
Priscilla, I realized that I had overlooked something.

There is currently no way to distinguish between All-day and 15
minute FYI events & @time and Anytime events:

+ All-day FYI events and Anytime events look the same: dark border,
white inside
+ 15 minute FYI events and @time events look the same: dark border,
white inside

Here's a proposal to fix this problem.

Let's repurpose the dashed lines from Tentative events, combine them
with the white-fill FYI look for @Time and Anytime events.

So @Time and Anytime events are a combination of Tentative and FYI
events:
+ Like FYI events, @Time and Anytime events don't actually take up
any 'time' in your schedule/free-busy roll-up, hence the clear, white
inside.
+ Like Tentative events, @Time and Anytime are 'tentative' in nature.
@Time events are tentative in that they don't have a pre-determined
duration/end-time. Anytime events are tentative in that there's no
fixed time (start-time, duration or end-time) for them.

Please see the Tuesday, the 18th Anytime event and the Monday, the
17th @time event at 5PM.
